Lead Infrastructure / Operation Manager

Responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and business continuity across all systems and platforms. Duties include overseeing servers, networks, virtualization technologies, cloud services, monitoring systems, and end-user support while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and IT service management practices. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure operations and administration. Professional certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, VMware VCP, Security+, or Azure Fundamentals are highly preferred.

Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in infrastructure operations and management.
