Lead - Workplace Effectiveness (COR 569)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qiddiya long-range workplace effectiveness and planning strategy, supporting the organization’s transition from Riyadh to Qiddiya City by mid-2030.

• Develop and manage predictive models that forecast space, workforce, and cost needs across a four-year horizon, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.

• Design and oversee a comprehensive financial modeling capability that evaluates and reports key cost metrics - including cost per employee, cost per desk, cost per square foot, and cost per fit-out - to inform strategic investment decisions.

• Conduct detailed scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate workplace and real estate options across Riyadh and Qiddiya City, including timing and capacity strategies.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Corporate Real Estate to ensure integration between workforce growth, operational budgets, and space utilization data.

• Advise leadership on optimal location strategies, including workforce distribution between Riyadh and Qiddiya City, and implications for business operations, employee experience, and cost efficiency.

• Develop and present clear, visually compelling executive presentations and business cases that communicate strategy, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.

• Implement governance structures that ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability in workplace and financial planning processes.

• Benchmark Qiddiya workplace and cost performance against leading organizations to ensure global best practices in efficiency and experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Architecture, or Organizational Strategy.

• 10+ years’ experience in workplace strategy, financial modeling, or corporate real estate planning in large-scale or fast-growing organizations.

• Proven experience developing long-term strategic workplace and location plans tied to financial forecasting and organizational transformation.
