In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our residential leasing operations, ensuring our properties attract and retain tenants while promoting a vibrant community atmosphere.

Your expertise will guide the residential team in developing innovative leasing strategies, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maintaining high occupancy rates. You will also play a key role in negotiating leases, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating closely with marketing and property management teams to elevate our residential offerings in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive leasing strategies that drive occupancy and retention levels in residential properties.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the residential leasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to inform pricing strategies and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and current tenants, addressing their needs and fostering engagement.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at attracting residents.
• Track and analyze key metrics regarding leasing performance, providing insights and reports to upper management.
• Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory standards related to residential leasing.
• Proactively implement resident engagement programs to enhance the overall community experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Comprehensive understanding of residential leasing practices, local market dynamics, and regulations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to guide strategy.
• Organizational skills with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in property management and leasing software, along with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
