A JLL Leasing Manager key duties include retail leasing and revenue generation  by managing teams, securing tenants, negotiating leases  on behalf of our clients ,ensuring compliance,strong sales, financial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills. Duties involve overseeing lease administration when applicable , generating ancillary income coordinating with property management, and reporting financial performance. 

Core Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales: Achieve occupancy and rental budgets, find new prospects, manage leasing pipelines, attract new clients and close deals.

Team Leadership: Supervise leasing agents when applicable,set goals, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Financial Management: Assist with budgets, rent rolls, revenue forecasting.

Contract & Compliance: Handle lease documentation, legal liaison, and ensure adherence to JLL policies, and operating guidelines.

Marketing & Strategy:Duties may also include develop and execute leasing strategies, support marketing efforts, and maintain property appeal.

Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, general managers, and other JLL teams in KSA.
