Legal Advisor

Elite Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable Legal Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance to ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. You will assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, and managing legal risks. This position requires collaboration with various departments to support business objectives and safeguard the company's legal interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Support company formation and related legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research to inform company decisions.
• Liaise with external legal consultants as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and licensed to practice law.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate law and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate legal documents accurately.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
