Experience in corporatesecretarial and governance matters including reportingrequirements, amending documents, knowledge of different types offormations and company structures.
Ability andgravitas to lead client projects in relation to corporate entityset-ups, foreign employer registrations and related maintenancerequirements across differentjurisdictions.
Anticipate and actively listento the clients’ upcoming needs and concerns; findsolutions to problems that are beneficial to allparties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofDeel’s products, services, policies and best practices;provide appropriate feedback to leadership on product enhancements,service level delivery and policy changes whenappropriate.
