Role Overview: 

Handle legal matters including contract drafting, research, litigation, negotiation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Handle legal disputes and represent the company in front of judicial bodies.
• Assist in contract lifecycle management (tracking, version control, renewals).
• Collect information for investigations and prepare summaries.
• Assist in regulatory filings, compliance monitoring and documentation.
• Maintain legal documentation and internal logs.
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.

•  Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field. 
• 3-5 years experience.
