Job Description

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to align with organisational objectives.
• Oversee the resolution of legal disputes related to real estate and construction matters, liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business to protect the company's needs.
• Take charge of efforts in dispute resolution, collaborating seamlessly with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures to support the Company's needs and protect it's interest.
• Play a pivotal role in the overall development and growth of the organisation, aligning legal strategies with business objectives
• Effectively communicate legal matters and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements to support the business in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential business ventures, acquisitions, or partnerships to safeguard the organisation's interests.

The Successful Applicant

• Saudi national with a minimum of 10+ years PQE
• Must have real estate or construction experience, preferably having previously worked with or in a giga development project
• In-depth knowledge with FIDIC contracts
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating leasing contracts
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
