Job Description - Legal officer

On Behalf of Our Clint , we are looking for a Legal officer.

Job Summary : 

The Legal Officer provides legal advice, drafts and reviews contracts, and ensures regulatory compliance.
They handle legal disputes, minimize risks, and support internal departments on legal matters.
This role safeguards the organization’s legal interests and works with external counsel as needed.

Responsibilities : 
  • ​Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice to management and departments on regulatory and compliance issues.
  • Ensure the organization’s activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle legal disputes, represent the company when necessary, and liaise with external counsel.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws affecting the organization.
  • Support internal investigations and prepare legal reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
