\-Monitor employeesâ health conditions and assist in coordinating medical care or hospitalization when required.
\-Maintain and manage the workplace medical facility/clinic, including medical equipment, supplies, and treatment records.
\-Conduct and coordinate employee medical examinations, ensuring compliance with occupational health requirements.
\-Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and health documentation in the internal system.
\-Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs, policies, and procedures.
\-Participate in workplace inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations to identify potential health and safety risks.
\-Support the implementation and monitoring of the companyâs emergency response and preparedness plans, including participation in emergency drills.
\-Ensure compliance with local occupational health regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
\-Assist in managing medical supply inventory and procurement requests related to health and safety operations.
\-Ensure adherence to food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and personal hygiene requirements within the production environment.
\-Report any health, safety, or food safety concerns to the relevant departments to ensure timely corrective actions.
