Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Saudi national to join our KSA team as a Logistics Coordinator. This role focuses on communication, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with phone and email communication, skilled in Microsoft Office, and familiar with international shipping and customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track cargo movement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
• Support customs clearance and ensure all documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in the logistics/warehouse management system.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally, following proper email and phone etiquette.
• Resolve logistics issues and delays promptly.
• Support the warehouse team with documentation and coordination as needed.

• Saudi national (required).
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding. International trade or customs experience is a strong plus.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). ERP/WMS experience is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong phone and email communication, attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
