This role offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, and support processes that ultimately impact patient care. You will work cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse and customer care teams while developing foundational skills in supply chain operations.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n\u25cf Coordinate daily operational workflows and follow up on logistics activities\n\n\u25cf Manage stock movements, inventory transactions and SAP adjustments\n\n\u25cf Monitor and resolve discrepancies between SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)\n\n\u25cf Track quality notifications (QNs), quarantines, damages and recalls, ensuring accurate documentation\n\n\u25cf Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy tracking and reporting\n\n\u25cf Create stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate inter-distribution center shipments\n\n\u25cf Maintain write-off and write-on records and support scrap processes\n\n\u25cf Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth operations\n\n\u25cf Maintain operational trackers and prepare daily and weekly reports\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired qualifications:\n\n\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field\n\n\u25cf Eligible for the Tamheer program\n\n\u25cf Registered in TAQAT\n\n\u25cf Not currently registered in GOSI\n\n\u25cf No prior participation in the Tamheer program\n\n\u25cf Fluent in English, both written and spoken\n\n\u25cf Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\n\u25cf Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn\n\n\u25cf Passion for contributing to improvements that impact patient lives\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\n\u25cf Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations\n\n\u25cf Familiarity with SAP or similar systems\n\nRequisition ID: 626592\n\nBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
