Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Taj HR. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement and storage of products. This position requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
• Train, motivate, and manage logistics staff, fostering a productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure streamlined operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics function.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience in Kitchen and Closets industry is a must .
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
