Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading retail group in Saudi Arabia to recruit a customer-focused Loyalty Specialist to support the execution and enhancement of customer loyalty and engagement initiatives across the organization.
The Loyalty Specialist will play a key role in driving customer retention, increasing member engagement, and supporting CRM and loyalty campaigns through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel loyalty experience across digital and in-store touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and optimization of loyalty programs, including rewards, promotions, member benefits, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing targeted CRM and loyalty campaigns to increase customer retention and purchase frequency.
- Monitor loyalty program performance and track key metrics related to member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze customer data and purchasing behavior to support segmentation and personalized marketing activities.
- Coordinate loyalty initiatives across stores, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, and other customer touchpoints.
- Ensure loyalty transactions, points accrual, and redemption activities are accurately processed and maintained.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and loyalty program performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, IT, and external partners to support loyalty program objectives.
- Assist in managing loyalty partnerships, vendor relationships, and promotional collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with customer data privacy requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3â5 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, customer engagement, retail marketing, or customer analytics.
- Understanding of loyalty program structures, customer retention strategies, and CRM principles.
- Experience working with customer databases, CRM platforms, or loyalty management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, supermarket, or consumer-focused industries is preferred.
- GCC or Middle East market experience will be an added advantage.
