Maintenance Technician

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our manufacturing facility in Jeddah. As a key member of our operations, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting of all production machinery and equipment. Your technical expertise will ensure smooth and efficient production processes, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality mattress products. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and address maintenance-related issues promptly.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance tasks and maintain a clean working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and outcomes.

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as basic electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• 30 to 45 years old.
• Filipino or Indian national.
