• Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize school events and programs.
  • If required, observe other members of staff.
  • Introduce and enforce agreed school policies.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student success.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curricula and improve teaching strategies.
  • Work with and assist other administration staff.

  Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in education
  • Bachelors degree in Education and/or related field; Teaching certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about education and committed to student development.
