• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align managed services with business objectives, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of managed services, leveraging your expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Monitor and analyze service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
