Role Description

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's data management capabilities. This position involves optimizing business processes, analyzing data, and generating insightful reports to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop periodic management and performance reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with different departments to identify reporting requirements.
• Improve and maintain MIS processes and reporting systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in management information systems or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
