Manager - Architecture & Platform

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and innovative Manager - Architecture & Platform to oversee the architectural integrity and platform strategy of our projects. This role is crucial in providing leadership and guidance in establishing architectural standards, driving platform innovation, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports business objectives effectively.

As the Manager - Architecture & Platform, you will work closely with cross-departmental teams to design, implement, and maintain robust architectural solutions that will enhance operational efficiencies and support Qiddiya's ambitious vision of creating a world-class integrated entertainment destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• • 6+ years of IT Integration and project delivery experience.
• • Experience in managing large scale integration projects with a digital capability.
• • Managing integration products and platforms suite, also worked as integration platform administrator .
• • Proven experience in successfully delivering integration solutions with any well-established API Management / iPaaS platform.
• • Experience in Entertainment and Theme Parks industry is a plus.
• • Strong understanding of IT operations & technology trends.
• • Prior experience in the application delivery lifecycle functions for the applications ecosystem from ideation through planning, design, development, testing and rollout phases under different SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• • Development of process Integration architecture and workflows with integration.
• • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with strong customer service orientation: This role will constantly be communicating concerns, changes, processes, and explanations across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and users.
• • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
• • Oversee the deployment of IT solutions within API Management and core integration platform areas, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with business requirements, IT Governance and Change Management.
• • Guide discussions with key technical bodies (e.g., Design Authority, Centers of Excellence) to take critical design decisions and enhance IT principles and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT architecture, platform management, or a related field.
• Experience in managing architectural frameworks and platform strategies, particularly in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, application architecture, and integration methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams effectively.
• Certifications related to architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and relevant technologies are a plus.
