Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the formulation and implementation of asset strategy plans that align with Qiddiya’s overall objectives and vision.

- Conduct thorough market research and asset performance analysis to identify enhancement opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with various teams including Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective execution of asset strategies.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance, trends, and improvement recommendations.

- Engage with external partners and industry stakeholders to gather insights and promote Qiddiya’s asset initiatives.

- Support the management and administration of contracts with asset operators and service providers.

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and contribute to the development of innovative asset management solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management or strategic planning, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software tools.
