Manager - Cloud Resilience Program Manager

Qiddiya Investment Company is in search of a dedicated Manager - Cloud Resilience Program Manager to join our innovative technology team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing cloud resilience programs that ensure our infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of withstanding challenges. You will collaborate closely with various departments to align cloud strategies with the organizational vision and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of cloud resilience programs, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define and implement resilience metrics and KPI frameworks for evaluating the success of cloud initiatives.
• Lead risk assessments and gap analysis for cloud services, developing actionable plans to enhance overall resilience.
• Coordinate the implementation of disaster recovery solutions and business continuity plans across cloud environments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of resilience objectives and progress.
• Develop training and awareness programs to promote cloud resilience practices among staff and facilitate a culture of proactive risk management.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously enhance cloud resilience strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on program status, challenges, and achievements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud program management, with a focus on resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and best practices, including experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing or project management (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are desirable.
