Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for Vertical Links and Transportation projects.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in transportation and relevant sectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design teams to integrate commercial objectives into project planning.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and contractual obligations.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for enhancing financial performance.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for transportation initiatives.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices in commercial management.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management highlighting commercial insights and project status.
• Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and enhancing the team's commercial capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in commercial management, specifically related to transportation or large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of financial analysis and project management.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in commercial and financial management software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and engage with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the entertainment and leisure industry, particularly in transportation systems, is highly desirable.
