Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual for the position of Manager - Cost Planning (CDU724) - 20004400. This role is critical in supporting our ambitious projects aimed at transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment sector.

As the Manager of Cost Planning, you will oversee the creation and management of cost estimates and financial plans, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget and aligned with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and maintenance of detailed cost plans and budget forecasts for various projects.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide insights to project teams for informed decision-making.
• Work in collaboration with project managers to set financial targets and monitor project performance against these benchmarks.
• Create comprehensive financial reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting cost performance and potential risks.
• Implement robust cost control systems and develop strategies to optimize budget efficiency.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimation.
• Mentor and develop junior cost planning staff to enhance the overall capability of the finance team.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in cost planning, budgeting, or financial analysis, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proficient in project management and cost estimation tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• High level of proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
