Manager - Cybersecurity Architecture

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a visionary and technically astute Manager - Cybersecurity Architecture to lead our efforts in designing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture that safeguards our information systems and operational technology. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing security frameworks and architecture models that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and infrastructure.

Your expertise in cybersecurity design will be critical in enabling our organization to meet its ambitious goals while effectively managing risks associated with emerging technologies and cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture that aligns with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and risk management framework.
• Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures to govern cybersecurity architecture practices.
• Conduct security assessments of new technologies and systems to ensure alignment with cybersecurity architecture principles.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate security into all phases of system development life cycle (SDLC) and operational processes.
• Provide leadership and direction on cybersecurity architecture initiatives, guiding teams in implementing best practices.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends to enhance the architectural framework.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs on cybersecurity architecture principles for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate solutions and services that strengthen the cybersecurity architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, systems security, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing security architectures for complex environments, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid systems.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Architect (CISA) are desirable.
