Manager - Development - Commercial Office (SPA170)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Strategic Development for our Commercial Office. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic growth and development of commercial projects within Qiddiya’s vibrant and innovative community. You will lead strategic initiatives, oversee commercial development plans, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision of creating a world-class destination for entertainment, sports, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for commercial development projects that align with Qiddiya’s overall business objectives.
• Lead market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and assess risks for new commercial ventures.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project execution.
• Manage the commercial development lifecycle including planning, negotiations, and delivery of projects.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure projects meet profitability and ROI targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to inform strategic decisions.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional development and high performance within the commercial development team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 8-12 years of experience in strategic development, real estate, or commercial project management.
• Proven track record in leading commercial development projects from conception to completion.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Middle Eastern commercial real estate market is a plus.
