Manager - Esports Events Strategy

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Manager - Esports Events Strategy to join our team and play a central role in shaping our Esports initiatives.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for Esports events that align with Qiddiya’s mission to create world-class entertainment destinations. You will be instrumental in enhancing our Esports presence and ensuring engaging experiences for participants and audiences alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive strategies for Esports events that resonate with target audiences and beneficiaries.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a calendar of Esports tournaments and events that promote engagement and participation.

- Research market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovative event formats and experiences.

- Build strong relationships with Esports teams, influencers, and sponsors to enhance event visibility and success.

- Oversee the event execution process, ensuring that all aspects, including logistics, marketing, and participant experience, meet quality standards.

- Analyze event performance metrics to evaluate success and inform ongoing strategy development.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders to secure support and resources for future Esports initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event strategy, with a focus on Esports or gaming preferred.

- Strong understanding of the esports landscape, including trends, audiences, and key players.
