The main purpose of the Manager – Estimation role is to execute estimation work in a timely and accurate manner and as per the Company’s policies.

Corporate

• Support the development of KSA national employees across the team to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance
• Conduct affairs with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values 
• Adbot systems implementation and ERP where relevant

Functional

• Jobs at this level lead and manage the investigation, co-ordination & preparation of bid proposals within prescribed time limits.
• Provide input for pre-qualification process.
• Study tender documents & allocate tasks.
• Participate in risk assessment & collate inputs into final proposal.
• Where necessary, present proposal to Tender Board.
• Participate in commercial & technical negotiations with partner & client.
• Arrange detailed elemental scope analysis, including the formulation of a check list, of the drawings, BOQ’s and specifications, to ensure that all elements of the work are covered in the Bid process.
• Ensure thorough Evaluation & comparison of Subcontract & Supplier quotations & production of Adjudication Summaries for Management review takes place.
• Review all Requests for Information (RFI's) prior to submission.
• Oversight of the content of Subcontract / Supplier packages prior to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance and consistency of Rate Build-Ups in accordance with ESEC data bank. Arrange updating of this data bank on a regular basis.
• Prepare Preliminary & General Items, in collaboration with the Tendering Director and the Operations Department.
• Prepare final Tender Analysis / Top Sheet Summary.
• Ensure that quantity Take-Offs from drawings are performed, as required.
• Ensure that Shared Folder structure is kept up to date and adequately populated by all staff.
• Prepare all documents for handover to Project Controls / Operations / Commercial Departments (Upon Award).

• B.Sc. – Engineering, Civil Engineering preferred.
• CCS Candy Experience is a must.
• 12 years diversified experience 2 years on site and 2 years as a Senior Estimator.
• Communication skills cost awareness, technical knowledge and risk assessment skills.
• High level of systematic thinking and organisation.
• Computer literacy.
