This pivotal position will play a key role in managing and optimizing our asset portfolio, supporting our vision of becoming a leading entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia.

As the Manager of Finance for Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our assets, ensuring effective management and strategic alignment with the company’s overall financial goals. You will work closely with various teams to analyze asset performance, drive investment strategies, and enhance value creation across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial analysis and reporting of asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with asset managers to develop asset strategies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation of assets to support decision-making processes.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the asset management function, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Develop and implement best practices in asset financial management and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions and strategies.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders related to asset performance and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA/CAIA) is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on asset management or investment analysis.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting related to asset management.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information succinctly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
