This key role will focus on analyzing the financial feasibility of our Gaming and Entertainment (G&E) projects, providing the insights needed to inform strategic decisions and investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analyses, including projecting revenue streams, estimating costs, and evaluating the overall financial viability of proposed initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all G&E projects align with Qiddiya's vision and financial objectives.

As the Manager - G&E Financial Feasibility Strategist, your expertise will be crucial in guiding the development of innovative entertainment solutions that captivate audiences and create lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility studies for gaming and entertainment projects, analyzing potential revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with project leads and business development teams to align financial assessments with overall business objectives.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor performance to inform financial projections and strategy.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial viability for executive review and decision-making.
• Identify key financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations based on financial analyses.
• Continuously monitor industry developments and best practices in gaming and entertainment finance.
• Enhance financial models and tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial feasibility assessments.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or real estate sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting feasibility studies and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools and advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Understanding of gaming and entertainment industry dynamics is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
