Manager - Healthcare System Design

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager - Healthcare System Design to lead and oversee the strategic design and implementation of innovative healthcare systems within the Qiddiya project. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of healthcare facility designs that meet high quality, regulatory, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced healthcare systems and infrastructure aligned with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
• Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare system design specialists, ensuring excellence in design outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate operational requirements and cutting-edge healthcare technologies into designs.
• Drive compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and documentation that reflect the latest healthcare trends.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, review designs, address feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project phases.
• Manage the health system design aspects throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and planning through to construction and operational readiness.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Healthcare Design, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare system design or related roles, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility design principles, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with healthcare technologies and integration into facility design is a plus.
