Qiddiya Investment Company is actively seeking a dedicated Manager - Infrastructure Planning to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will spearhead the planning and development of infrastructure projects that support Qiddiya's vision of becoming a leading destination for entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will ensure the alignment of our infrastructure initiatives with project goals and community needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the infrastructure planning processes, ensuring that projects align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of infrastructure needs and prepare detailed planning proposals, including feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate all aspects of infrastructure planning, including technical, environmental, and regulatory considerations.
• Engage with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to obtain relevant approvals and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Monitor ongoing projects to evaluate progress and provide updates to senior management, making adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitate risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential infrastructure issues.
• Support the continuous improvement of planning processes, incorporating industry best practices and innovative solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of planning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure planning or related areas, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure planning principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in planning software and tools used in infrastructure development.
• Experience in project management methodologies is a plus.
