Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the overall corporate strategy and business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the IT space that could benefit the organization.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with the needs of the business.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations and strategic projects.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the progress of IT strategy initiatives, outcomes, and potential adjustments.
• Lead the budgeting and resource allocation processes to ensure strategic IT objectives are met.
• Facilitate strategy workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to foster alignment and collaboration.
• Monitor technological advancements and industry best practices to continuously evolve the IT strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, with a strong understanding of business processes.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks and performance metrics.
• Desirable: certifications in IT management, project management, or related fields.
