Manager - Line Maintenance Operations.
Reports to: General Manager, JED
Job Purpose:
The Manager for Line Maintenance Operations will be responsible for the effective management and control of Line Maintenance operations, ensuring our client's airline's safety, compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence on a 24/7 basis.

Job-Specific Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement effective line maintenance operations.
- Manage technical projects as directed.
- Prepare cost estimates for line maintenance.
- Ensure certifying staff compliance with training and regulatory requirements.
- Implement Human Factors and Human Performance principles.
- Ensure maintenance standards meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Promote safety through SMS processes and risk assessments.
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote quality and security awareness.
- Actively manage incidents to minimize loss.
- Support employee involvement in Safety Management System and safety culture.
- Manage spares, tools, and equipment for safety and cost efficiency.
- Ensure technical support for line operations.
- Monitor and take corrective action on reports.
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Perform other duties as directed by Head of Maintenance.
Corporate Accountabilities:

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, Avionics, Industrial, or related field).
