On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Manager
of Quality Projects.

Job Summary

The Manager of Quality Projects Implementation is
responsible for preparing and designing studies for specialized construction
projects. This role involves developing plans and procedures to ensure the
effective execution of quality projects in collaboration with contractors and
companies

Responsibilities

• Preparation
  of studies and designs for specialized constructions.
  
• Developing
  plans and necessary procedures to ensure the proper execution of
  specialized projects in collaboration with contractors and companies.
  
• Providing
  recommendations on the required capacities and capabilities for
  implementing specialized projects.
  
• Ensuring
  development and compliance with planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  standards for specialized projects.
  
• Ensuring
  the preparation of all performance measurement reports for specialized
  projects, identifying weaknesses if any, and providing advice and
  recommendations on improving the performance of specialized projects.
  
• Ensuring
  the rapid and smooth completion of specialized projects to benefit all
  stakeholders.
  
• Delivering
  completed specialized projects and ensuring they meet the requirements of
  investors and  standards.
  
• Establishing
  and developing internal roads, pavements, lighting, and complete service
  networks  based on approved plans.
  
• Rehabilitating
  infrastructure and ensure their
  effectiveness and sustainability.
  
• Providing
  essential services and facilities
  within them, including connecting roads, power stations, aerial and ground
  transport lines, industrial and potable water treatment plants, and sewage
  systems.
  
• Constructing
  buildings according to plans and standards, ensuring their compliance with
  regulatory and technical requirements, and aligning them with the
  specialized project requirements.
  
• Submitting
  requests for approval of project proposals for management and technical
  analysis of competitors' bids for management projects.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in
  engineering or its equivalent from an accredited institution.
  
• Experience of not less than
  12 years.
