Job Description - Manager, Operation

Description
  1. Supervise and control daily equipment operations across project sites to ensure timely and effective support to construction activities.
  2. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of staff under equipment operations, ensuring compliance with operational goals and KPIs.
  3. Monitor and manage equipment deployment, availability, and productivity; ensure proper allocation and efficient utilization of resources.
  4. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule inspections, servicing, and repairs to reduce equipment downtime.
  5. Control operational costs related to equipment use, fuel, labor, and repairs, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  6. Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations related to equipment operations and movement.
  7. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, performance, and issues. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  8. Coordinate with project teams, planning, and procurement departments to ensure alignment of equipment needs with project timelines.
