Manager or Senior Manager (Valuation and Advisory)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the
  planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of major
  projects, including handling client relationships, coordinating
  between advisory teams.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and
  trackers.
  
• Effectively manage project
  resources, budgets, and timelines.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  
• Ensure clear and timely communication with all
  project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other
  external partners.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross -functional teams to
  achieve project objectives.
  
• Provide regular status updates and reports to
  senior management.
  
• Foster strong client relationships through
  excellent stakeholder management.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in
  project management.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with
  clients at all levels, from senior management to project teams.
  
• Understand and meet the client's needs and
  expectations.
  
• Manage client expectations and keep them informed
  of project progress and any challenges.
  
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and
  effectively.
  
• Coordinate the work of different advisory
  consortiums, including financial, technical, and legal
  workstreams.
  
• Ensure that all workstreams are aligned and working
  towards the same goals.
  
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between
  the workstreams.
  
• Lead drafting key deliverables for public sector
  projects, including business cases, financial/VFM models, and project
  documentation.
  
• Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality
  and meet the requirements of the client and the relevant government
  authorities.
  
• Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders
  to ensure that all necessary information is collected and submitted in a timely
  manner.
  
• Develop and issue tender documents.
  
• Manage the tender process and evaluate bids.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/CA or
  relevant advanced degree is advantageous.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate
  consulting.
  
• Proven track record of success in delivering large
  and complex projects in Saudi Arabia.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong problem -solving and decision -making
  abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced and
  dynamic environment.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Understanding of regional business culture and
  regulations.
  
• Language: Bilingual Arabic and English.
  
• Certifications and Licenses: PMP desired.
