Job Description - Manager - PMO and Reporting (MAS7)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager - PMO and Reporting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Project Management Office (PMO) functions and reporting on project performance across various initiatives within Qiddiya's ambitious development. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and reporting processes provide accurate insights for informed decision-making.

Your leadership will be essential in guiding project managers and teams, establishing reporting frameworks, and enhancing project governance. This position requires a strategic thinker who excels in managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the PMO function to ensure consistent project delivery and governance adherence across all projects.
  • Design, implement, and manage reporting structures and dashboards to track project performance, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather data, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project managers to review progress, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout project execution.
  • Enhance reporting processes through automation and the adoption of best practices.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders and the board.
  • Train and mentor project teams on project management and reporting standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing reporting frameworks and project governance processes.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Project, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
