Manager Regional Brand Activation (Marketing Manager)

Philip Morris Trading KSA is looking for a Regional Brand Activation Manager to join the team. As a Manager Regional Brand Activation, you will be part of the Brand Activation team, reporting to the Brand Activation Manager. As Regional Brand Activation Manager, you will bring brands to life through channel activation, consumer engagement, and strong market execution. You will identify key consumer touchpoints, manage channel partnerships, and turn brand strategies into impactful activations.

• This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The working schedule is Sunday to Thursday.

Your ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Identify and evaluate the most effective consumer touchpoints and activation opportunities.


• Support the selection and deployment of brand representatives (BRs).


• Drive execution excellence across key channels and customer segments.


• Partner with L&P owners and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and consumer experience.


• Monitor channel performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.


• Align closely with Brand, Commercial, and Trade Marketing teams.


• Manage external stakeholder relationships and partnerships.


• Ensure deployment activities remain consistent with overall brand strategy


• Plan and manage end-to-end event logistics and on-ground execution, ensuring activations are delivered on time and in line with agreed objectives


• Coordinate with agencies, venues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align event requirements, timelines, roles, and deliverables


• Oversee event set-up, brand deployment, staffing, consumer journey, and operational readiness to ensure a seamless consumer experience. 


• Monitor event performance, consolidate post-event results and learnings, and recommend improvements for future activations


• Ensure all event activities comply with brand guidelines, internal policies, and relevant local requirements

Who we’re looking for

• KSA national


•  Relevant university degree


• Fluent English, written and spoken


• 7+ years' experience in brand deployment, trade marketing, consumer experience or channel activation; preferably within FMCG multinational company.


• Proven track record of managing HORECA partnerships and running consumer touchpoints and activations


• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience improving channel performance
