Manager, Reporting

Jasara is seeking a meticulous and analytical Manager of Reporting to become part of our team for a high-profile confidential project in Riyadh. In this position, you will utilize your experience in real estate development and construction to oversee the organization's reporting functions, ensuring that data is captured accurately, analyzed, and communicated efficiently. You will collaborate closely with different departments to offer insights that facilitate informed decision-making.

As the Manager of Reporting, you will lead the development of reporting standards and processes, oversee the generation of regular reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in data interpretation and visualization will be integral to the success of our project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all reports generated.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to understand their reporting needs and develop tailored reporting solutions.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate performance metrics effectively.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to reporting.
• Lead training sessions for staff on reporting tools and techniques.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data analysis capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in construction or real estate development is a must.
• Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
