Your work profile

·      Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts across industries.

·      Conduct workshops to gather business requirements related to cost controlling, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.

·      Design and configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

·      Drive integration of SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA modules.

·      Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams for custom developments (RICEF).

·      Lead solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.

·      Manage client stakeholders, conduct design discussions, and obtain solution sign-offs.

·      Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA.

·      Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones.

·      Contribute to capability-building initiatives and practice development within SAP Finance domain.

Key skills required

• 8–10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CO (Controlling).


• Hands-on experience in 3–5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in S/4HANA environments.


• Strong understanding of:


• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)


• Internal Orders


• Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing)


• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)


• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA – both costing-based & account-based)


• Experience in integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.


• Strong knowledge of financial closing processes, allocations, and settlements.


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Margin Analysis preferred).


• Ability to create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.


• Experience with data migration, testing cycles, and post go-live support.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.


• Prior consulting experience in client-facing roles is preferred.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Eduaction - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
