Your work profile

·      Lead and deliver SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations and enhancements across industries.

·      Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to asset management, maintenance planning, and service execution.

·      Design and configure SAP PM processes including:

o  Maintenance notifications and work orders

o  Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies

o  Equipment and functional location structuring

o  Maintenance plans and task lists

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, FI, and PS for integrated asset lifecycle management.

·      Drive solution design, preparation of functional specifications, and support RICEF developments.

·      Enable integration with IoT/predictive maintenance solutions where applicable.

·      Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT), manage defects, and support go-live and hypercare activities.

·      Provide client advisory on asset performance optimization, maintenance cost reduction, and process standardization.

·      Mentor junior team members and manage delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

·      Contribute to solution accelerators, proposals, and SAP practice development.

Key skills required

·      8–10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP EAM / PM module.

·      Hands-on experience in 3–5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably with S/4HANA.

·      Strong functional knowledge of:

o  Maintenance processing (corrective, preventive, predictive)

o  Equipment & functional location hierarchy

o  Work order lifecycle and planning

o  Maintenance planning (time-based, performance-based)

·      Experience in integration with MM (procurement/spares), FI (cost tracking), and SD/service management).

·      Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset Management / IoT integration is an advantage.

·      Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.

·      Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Experience with Agile/Activate methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence preferred.

·      Domain experience in industries like manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or engineering preferred.

Eduaction - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
