Your work profile

·      Lead end-to-end SAP PS/EPPM implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs.

·      Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to project planning, portfolio management, and resource optimization.

·      Design and configure SAP Project Systems (PS) including WBS structures, networks, milestones, and project profiles.

·      Drive SAP EPPM implementation including portfolio management, resource management, and project analytics.

·      Configure project lifecycle processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, execution, monitoring, and settlement.

·      Manage project costing, revenue recognition, and integration with FI/CO modules.

·      Ensure seamless integration of PS/EPPM with MM, SD, PP, HR, and other SAP modules.

·      Lead solution design, create functional specifications, and coordinate RICEF developments.

·      Oversee full project lifecycle including blueprinting, realization, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare support.

·      Drive portfolio-level decision-making, prioritization, and performance monitoring using EPPM tools.

·      Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, and solution sign-offs.

·      Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality and timelines.

·      Contribute to practice development, accelerators, and capability-building initiatives.

Key skills required

·      8–10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and EPPM.

·      Hands-on experience in 3–5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in S/4HANA environments.

·      Strong understanding of:

o  Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones)

o  Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution

o  Budgeting, Cost Planning, and Revenue Management

o  Portfolio & Resource Management (EPPM)

·      Experience in integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.

·      Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

·      Experience in SAP S/4HANA EPPM and PS implementations (preferred).

·      Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams.

·      Experience in data migration, testing cycles, and post go-live support.

·      Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.

·      Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

·      Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.

Eduaction - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
