Your work profile

 Led end-to-end data migration, data quality, and data governance projects using Syniti solutions.

 Gathered business requirements and translated them into data migration and data management strategies.

 Designed and implemented data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) processes.

 Utilized Syniti ADM (Advanced Data Migration) platform for data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities.

 Managed large-scale SAP and non-SAP data migration projects across multiple business functions.

 Conducted data quality assessments and implemented remediation plans to improve data accuracy and consistency.

 Developed migration rules, mapping specifications, reconciliation reports, and validation frameworks.

 Collaborated with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful data migration execution.

 Supported mock loads, cutover planning, production migration, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

 Performed root cause analysis and resolved data-related issues during project execution.

 Created project documentation including data migration strategy, design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

 Led client workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment with project objectives.

 Mentored junior team members and provided guidance on Syniti best practices, data governance, and migration methodologies.

 Ensured compliance with data governance standards, project timelines, and quality requirements.Key Skills required

• Lead and assist with the implementation of SAP Syniti solutions, including data migration, transformation, and integration processes. 


• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for data solutions. 


• Design and implement data replication, cleansing, and transformation strategies in SAP Syniti. 


• Develop and optimize data workflows and processes to ensure seamless data integration between systems. 


• Provide expert guidance and best practices on SAP Syniti tools, helping clients maximize the value of their investment. 


• Conduct data analysis to ensure data quality and integrity during the migration process. 


• Configure and customize SAP Syniti software to meet specific business needs. 


• Develop test cases and participate in testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data migration. 


• Provide training and support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Syniti solutions. 


• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget. 


• Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP Syniti and related technologies. 


• Strong communication skills (written & verbal). 


• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
