The Role

Due to continued growth, Paxon requires a Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager to join our expanding team in the GCC region. The role will be located in Saudi Arabia. Saudi citizens are encouraged to apply.

The Paxon team provides financial and strategic advice to a range of public and private organisations. We work closely with decision makers to develop, finance and transact key infrastructure and PPP projects.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients and stakeholders across the Middle East, providing expert advice and leadership in various aspects of infrastructure development and financing, including:

• Commercial and strategic financial advice
• Structuring of projects and ventures, including commercial and financial structures and arrangements
• Assessment of procurement and financing options
• Business case and feasibility study writing
• Client and stakeholder communication, consultation and engagement
• Client presentations and written reports providing clear and concise interpretation and analysis of financial model findings aligned to client and project requirements
• Interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data that will be utilised to inform various stakeholder investment / financing decisions
• Mergers and acquisition advice, and
• Transaction advisory services.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel throughout the GCC to provide expert advice to our clients across the region.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have approximately 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role. 
• Have experience in financial and commercial transactions in infrastructure and real estate.
• Candidates with experience at the Big 4 or Investment Banking organisations are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills with native -level proficiency in Arabic and excellent proficiency in business English
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Understanding of project financing and commercial structures for project delivery
• Negotiation skills and the ability to navigate discussions to achieve desired outcomes
• Excellent analytical and research skills, and
• Advanced document writing and presentation preparation skills.
