Manufacturing Executive

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
  

• Monitor production workflows and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
  

• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the production process.
  

• Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and production resources by coordinating with procurement and inventory teams.
  

• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, including output, material usage, and downtime logs.
  

• Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues and initiating corrective actions.
  

• Train and guide production operators and junior staff on operational standards and procedures.
  

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
  

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
  

• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant data and documentation.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or a related discipline).
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards is preferred.
  

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
  

• Proficiency in using production software (e.g., ERP, SAP, MES).
  

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  

• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
