About the Role:

Initiate, identify, manage and follow-up of all manufacturing improvements triggered via Operational Efficiency and Performances, customer complaints, non-compliances, by ensuring continual pro- active approach to Operations. Train and coach site teams on continuous improvement tools. Select and deploy continuous improvement methodologies to deliver business results in terms of ‘SQCDSM’ KPIs.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree Dairy/Food Science, Industrial Engineering or B.Sc. Engineering/Business/Biotechnology / Chemistry / Administration


• 7 – 8 years of experience similar field in Food and/ or Dairy Industry.


• Familiar with ISO 9001-2000, 22000, HACCP, GMP, Continuous Improvement, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering
