The Regional Market Access Manager for Acino, Part of Arcera is responsible for developing and executing market access strategies across the META region to ensure sustainable patient access to Arcera’s medicines. This role is pivotal in enabling commercial success by shaping external environments, driving access excellence, and aligning pricing, reimbursement, and policy initiatives with Arcera’s growth and innovation agenda.
Working in close partnership with country teams, commercial, medical, regulatory, and government affairs functions, the Market Access Manager leads cross-functional access strategies that support current portfolio performance and future launches in key therapeutic areas. The role plays an active part in external engagement with payers, policy makers, and strategic partners to unlock access barriers and support health system priorities.
The position requires strong analytical thinking, policy knowledge, and commercial acumen to craft compelling value propositions, align with local regulations, and ensure market readiness. The Manager also supports the capability development of country teams to deliver differentiated access outcomes and pricing strategies aligned with Arcera’s business objectives.
Job Dimensions
Financial Responsibility (Budget, Cost, Sales, etc.): Contributes to revenue growth by securing access and reimbursement for new and existing products. Influences pricing and reimbursement strategies and drives alignment of value-based approaches across markets. Supports budgeting for access-related initiatives and pricing scenarios in collaboration with finance and country teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional market access strategies for current and pipeline products.
Ensure alignment with Arcera’s portfolio strategy, launch plans, and commercial goals.
Drive access readiness and reimbursement pathways for upcoming launches.
Shape pricing strategies and governance in collaboration with Global Market Access and country teams.
Support country teams in P&R submissions, pricing negotiations, and value communication.
Lead regional pricing projects, including reference pricing, tender analysis, and HTA readiness.
Build strong relationships with payers, policy makers, and health authorities across the region.
Influence policy evolution and reimbursement frameworks to support innovation and access.
Represent Arcera in key external forums and associations to shape healthcare access dialogues.
Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, and government affairs to align on access priorities.
Support access capability development of local teams through training, tools, and best practices.
Contribute to cross-functional business planning and regional strategic initiatives.
Lead the development of regional value dossiers, economic models, and pricing tools.
Utilize real-world evidence and health economics to support access and policy arguments.
Monitor access KPIs and continuously optimize strategies based on market insights.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in market access or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience across multiple META markets and therapeutic areas (including primary care and specialty)
Proven track record in securing access and reimbursement for innovative products
Understanding of regional policy, pricing regulations, and healthcare systems
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or Public Health; Master’s preferred
