 The Role

This is a high-impact, core expansion hire based in Riyadh, reporting directly to HQ executive leadership. Serving as the primary execution arm on the ground in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will serve as the Market Launcher / Interim Country Manager tasked with establishing, operationalizing, and scaling the company’s Saudi footprint from day one.

As the brand's local champion, your primary mission is to build local market presence, execute high-growth user acquisition strategies, and localize product offerings for retail investors across stock, crypto, and commodities markets. This role requires an entrepreneurial, high-autonomy "operator" who thrives in ambiguity, moves seamlessly between strategic alignment with HQ and on-the-ground execution, and possesses the leadership potential to officially step into the Country Manager role as local operations mature.

 The Responsibilities

• Be the HQ execution arm in KSA. Act as the local single point of contact, ensuring HQ strategies are effectively translated, adapted, and executed on the ground in Saudi Arabia.

• Drive B2C user acquisition. Design, set up, and optimize user acquisition channels and local growth strategies to capture market share across retail trading segments (stock, crypto, commodities).

• Execute marketing campaigns. Partner closely with global marketing teams to manage and execute high-impact local online and offline campaigns that resonate with the Saudi market.

• Guide product localization. Work with central product teams to refine localization, ensure regulatory and cultural alignment, and shape the regional product roadmap.

• Develop local partnerships. Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic local partnerships and institutional ecosystem relationships to accelerate brand adoption.

• Build operational playbooks. Navigate early-stage market ambiguity by creating scalable go-to-market playbooks, operational frameworks, and local best practices.

 The Skills & Competencies

• Saudi National status. Saudi Nationality is strictly mandatory for this position due to local regulatory and operational requirements.

• Location. Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

• 7+ years of experience. Proven track record in growth, market launching, regional expansion, marketing/product localization, and strategic partnerships.

• Language skills. Native or fluent Arabic is mandatory; strong working proficiency (or professional fluency) in English is required.

• Entrepreneurial & autonomous. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, taking end-to-end ownership, and executing independently with central HQ support.

• Outcome-driven mindset. Proven ability to deliver target-focused metrics in an objective-first, meritocratic environment.
