- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing programs and initiatives

- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure ROI on marketing spend

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business development efforts

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to win new business

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 5+ years of marketing and business development experience, preferably in a leadership role

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and business development strategies

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
