Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager, who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and effectively coordinated across internal and external stakeholders.
You will join a collaborative and dynamic marketing team, leveraging your expertise to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns in close partnership with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, coordinating responsibilities across all involved parties, and ensuring the timely execution of campaign activities. Your ability to drive alignment and execution will be essential to shaping our marketing strategy and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Translate business and marketing goals into clear campaign objectives and execution plans.
Define target audiences, messaging frameworks, timelines, and success metrics.
Execution & Coordination
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
Adopt a 360° campaign approach, activating a mix of channels, including offline, social media, email, WhatsApp, PR, and others, to execute and amplify campaigns effectively.
Own campaign timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer), ensuring clear briefing, alignment, and accountability.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all campaign touchpoints.
Performance & Optimization
Track campaign performance against defined KPIs (e.g., pipeline, engagement, conversions).
Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Optimize campaigns in-flight based on performance data and learnings.
Process & Scale
Establish and improve campaign management processes, tools, and documentation.
Support repeatable, scalable campaign frameworks for future launches.
Maintain campaign calendars and reporting dashboards.
Who We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or integrated marketing.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
